Hammond Grove Word Power Ministry will observe its 144th Church Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, Aug. 25, at 3 p.m. The Rev. Chavas L. Boyd and Mount Vernon Baptist are the special guests. Dinner will be served.


Second Providence to hold summer revival

Second Providence Baptist Church, 1202 Old Edgefield Road, North Augusta, will hold its summer revival at 7 p.m. nightly on Monday, Aug. 12, with the Rev. Rodney Edmond; Tuesday, Aug., 13, with the Rev. Enoch Ward; and Wednesday, Aug. 14, with the Rev. David Matthews.


Springfield Missionary Baptist to hold revival

Springfield Missionary Baptist Church will begin its annual revival services Sunday, Aug. 18. at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Herman Bing of Carpenter Baptist Church of North Augusta as the kickoff revivalist. The revival will continue Monday through Thursday at 7 p.m. nightly with the Rev. T.C. Solid Rock Family and Friends Day planned

Sunday school meets at First Providence

Mount Transfiguration to hold Sunday school

First Providence to hold Bible study

First Providence Baptist Church, 315 Barton Road, has a senior Bible study each Wednesday at noon. Also, on Wednesday evening, there is a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Bible study at 7 p.m. For more information, call 803-279-8836.


Holy Trinity Bible study to be held Wednesdays

A Wednesday night Bible study and supper is held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 160 Merovan Drive, from 6 until 8 p.m. A nursery will be provided. For more information, call 803-341-0075.


New Light to hold Tuesday Bible study

New Light Christian Fellowship Center, North Hills Shopping Center, 401 W. Martintown Road, Suite 133, will hold Bible study on Tuesdays at 7 p.m., Sunday school at 10 a.m. and worship services at 11:15 a.m. There will also be a daily noon day prayer. For more information, call 803-202-0808.
