Authorities have arrested one man in connection with a Saturday shooting at a bar on Wagener Road and are seeking two others, according to the Aiken County Sheriff's Office.
Orlando Williams, 25, was charged with unlawful carrying of a pistol today. He was placed in the Aiken County detention center, where he remained this afternoon.
Officers were called to "Club 302" on Wagener Road about 12:35 a.m. Saturday after shots were reportedly fired, Capt. Eric Abdullah said in a statement.
"When they arrived on scene, deputies were told by witnesses that there was a fight that started inside the club and spilled outside when someone fired several shots," Abdullah said. Three people were injured from the gunfire and the fight — one person was shot in the ankle, one was shot in the shoulder and a third was physically assaulted.
All victims were treated at area hospitals, Abdullah said. The victim who was shot in the shoulder remains in the hospital in stable condition.
Authorities have obtained warrants for unlawful carrying of a pistol for 40-year-old Elton Valerian Williams and 24-year-old Brandon O'Neal Williams.
Anyone with information about this case or the location of Elton Williams or Brandon Williams is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 648-6811, or CrimeStoppers of the Midlands at 888-CRIME-SC.
