Kindergartners learn fire safety

  • Thursday, October 24, 2013

Fall is a busy time of year in Kindergarten with lots of learning! We have such a smart and sweet group of children this year. They are very hard workers! They are also such good friends to each other! We have been learning about fire safety and how firefighters help us. Ezekiel Green said, “Firefighters help people. They spray fires with their water hose.” Lillie Parrish said, “Firefighters help people when there is a fire and they take care of people if they are on fire.” Tahnya Steed said, “Firefighters get the hose and go in the house with fire and put all the water in it.”

For the rest of the month of October, we will be studying how seasons affect plants and animals as well as learning about the life cycle of a pumpkin.
