First-graders at Merriwether Elementary went on a field trip to Clarks Hill Christmas Tree Farm. Students watched as Mrs. Mills created wreaths out of boughs. They played a variety of reindeer games, such as the Rudolph Relay Race. To finish things off, students were shown around the farm, hayride style, while learning about the variety of trees and ages and plant needs. Students canít wait to share what they learned over the holiday.
