WEDDING: Cline – Bussey

Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Ervin Cline (Laurie Hope Bussey)

Miss Laurie Hope Bussey and Joshua Ervin Cline were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Marbury Center in Augusta, GA. Steve Davis officiated.


The bride is the daughter of George and Laura Ann Bussey of North Augusta, S.C. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken with a Masters of Elementary Education. Hope is currently employed as a teacher at Hammond Hill Elementary School.


The groom is the son of Ervin and Elaine Cline of Aiken, S.C. He served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman from 2000-2005. Josh is currently employed at Michelin North America in Lexington, South Carolina.


Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose her sister, Angel Marie Bussey of Warrenville, S.C., to serve as her Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Steller and Keri McGee, both of Aiken, S.C., and Rainee Brewer of Lexington, S.C., all friends of the bride. The flower girl was Ellie Dove of Anderson, S.C., niece of the bride.


The groom chose his best friend, Drew Murphy of Aiken, S.C. to serve as his best man. The groomsman were Jon Stein and Todd Bates both of Aiken, S.C., and Matthew Brewer of Lexington, S.C., all friends of the groom.


The couples reception was held at the Marbury Center in Augusta, GA. The newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Jamaica and currently reside in Aiken, S.C.
