  • Thursday, April 17, 2014

Tickets will soon go on sale for the band Florida Georgia Line, planned for June 13 at Lake Olmstead Stadium.

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 18, at 10 a.m. through TicketFly.com. No tickets will be available through the Augusta GreenJackets front office or Outback Concerts. There will be a special presale available for GreenJackets partners and season seat holders, on Thursday, April 17, at 10 a.m.

Information on how to access the presale will be distributed directly to those accounts. Anyone wishing to become a partner or season seat holder should contact the GreenJackets front office at 706-922-WINS.

Fans will have two different opportunities to watch the concert. The first will be general admission, which will encompass the field and seating bowl. General admission tickets will be $39.75, plus fees. The second opportunity is a VIP ticket that will include one general admission ticket with special access to a VIP viewing area, an exclusive Florida Georgia Line pre-show acoustic performance, a group photo with Florida Georgia Line (note these are not individual photos, but rather large group photos due to time constraints), a limited edition autographed Florida Georgia Line tour poster, an invitation to exclusive pre-show party in the “Cruise” VIP Party Lounge with cash bar, a limited edition Florida Georgia Line merchandise gift and one VIP laminate. The VIP package will be available for $199. There will be limited VIP tickets available for the concert. All patrons, regardless of age, will need a ticket for admittance to event.

The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Chris Lane leading off. Gates will open at 6 p.m.

The GreenJackets open the second home series of the season against regional rival Savannah (“A” New York Mets). The early season match-up pits the first place Sand Gnats against the third-place GreenJackets. Monday features the popular Feed Your Face Monday promotion that includes free food of the promotion menu through the sixth inning. Tuesday is SweetWater Two For Tuesday that features buy one get one draft beers and buy one get one regular sized Coca-Cola products. Wednesday rounds out the fun with Georgia Natural Gas Baseball Bingo. All games this week begin at 7 p.m. and the gates open at 6 p.m. Call 706-922-WINS to Catch The Buzz.
