Steve Breeland, 47 — driving under the influence second offense sentence

Jace Shacone Summers, 21 — financial transaction card fraud, burglary second degree

Christopher Lee Basenight, 31 — shoplifting $1,000 or less

Jacob Samuel Sours, 24 — hold for Page County, Virginia

Robert Russell Ready, 49 — failure to pay as ordered

John Henry Leach, 25 — assault and battery third degree commitment two counts, driving reckless commitment
