A man cutting grass in Aiken on Tuesday called police after he saw a marijuana plant on the porch of a home, according to the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers were called to a home on Brooks Avenue at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday after a man said he found a marijuana plant, according to a sheriff’s report.
He told officers he noticed the plant on the porch of the home while he was cutting the grass “on the property he manages.”
The report did not indicate if the plant was on the property that the man manages. The plant was gathered and placed into an evidence locker for destruction.
