CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Augusta GreenJackets (57-64) lost both games of a road doubleheader against the West Virginia Power (46-75) on Wednesday, each by a 5-3 score.
In the first game, Luis Castillo (2-2) gave up a pair of runs in the seventh and final inning on a two-run home run by JaCoby Jones, his 20th of the year. Henry Hirsch (3-6) got the win.
Augusta’s Ty Ross also homered in the game.
In the second game, the Power notched five runs off of starter Chase Johnson (3-7), including a home run by Kawika Emsley-Pai. Clario Perez (4-1) got the win for West Virginia.
