North Augusta notifies residents of envelope mix-up

  • Friday, August 15, 2014

The City of North Augusta is notifying its residents of an envelope mix-up that may have caused a little confusion.

The City posted on its website that utility bills sent out on Wednesday by its mailing vendor were erroneously stuffed into tax envelopes rather than utility envelopes. The outside of the envelopes read “Official Tax Notice” but the return envelope inside for mailing in payments is correct, according to the website.

Residents can send their payment in as normal.
