Bowling for Life, a fundraiser to benefit the Life Choices Pregnancy Care Center, is scheduled for Friday at StrikeHouse Bowl.
Life Choices works to protect the lives of unborn babies and conducts parenting classes for men and women. The organization also provides young people information about sex and advice about dating and relationships.
The event will begin at 6 p.m.
Tickets cost $20 apiece and will be available at the door. Each purchaser will receive two games of bowling and the use of a pair of bowling shoes. Appetizers and soft drinks will be provided to participants.
Groups of four to six people will be able to bowl together in a lane.
In addition, a silent auction will be held.
“Twenty-five to 30 businesses have donated items,” said Gaye Vause, Life Choices’ client services manager.
Gift baskets and gift certificates will be among the offerings.
For more information, call Life Choices at 803-649-9890 or StrikeHouse Bowl at 803-226-0622.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at Life Choices’ Aiken headquarters, located at 220 Silver Bluff Road or at StrikeHouse Bowl, located at 2205 Whiskey Road.
