The Yellow Jacket Invitational featured 582 swimmers and was the largest meet for any South Carolina High School event, even exceeding the State Event, according to the South Carolina High School League’s Skip Lax.

North Augusta’s Emily Sam scored six points by finishing third in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:12.53. She was the only Jacket swimmer to place in the top three in any events.

The Jackets scored 22 points and finished in eighth on the girls side. The boys finished 10th with six points.

Fort Mill High School took home first place honors on both the boys and the girls’ sides. The girls scored a combined 165 points and the boys scored 112 points.
