According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A 25-year-old North Augusta man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after several CDs and DVDs were taken from a store.
A 35-year-old Aiken man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after $81 in items were taken from a store on Richland Avenue.
An 18-year-old Trenton man was detained for shoplifting on Tuesday after $90 in merchandise was taken from a store on Richland Avenue.
An unknown man shoplifted a beer from a store on York Street on Wednesday.
A burglary was reported at a home on Brandt Court on Tuesday. The owner reported a gun, a video game console and hair mannequins missing.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
A burglary was reported at a home on Hollow Creek Road in Salley on Tuesday. The owner reported a leaf blower, an air compressor, a chain saw and prescription medication missing.
An additional burglary was reported on Delehanty Court in Beech Island on Tuesday.
Vehicle break-ins were reported in Aiken on Powell Pond Road and Whiskey Road.
