North Augusta High School's annual round of Powder Puff Football had the juniors take top honors, beating the seniors 14-7 Dec. 13 to finish the job.
The juniors, following a scoreless first half in the title game, scored immediately, en route to to a 14-0 lead.
Carson Kelly racked up both of the touchdowns for the juniors, who were coached by Richard Bush. Megan Penner countered with a touchdown for the seniors, coached by Zach Williams.
The juniors had punched their ticket for the championship game by nipping the sophomores, coached by Cam Epting, 7-6 Dec. 12.
The seniors had qualified by dumping the freshmen, with Rick Gill as coach, 17-0 in the opening game Dec. 12. The consolation game, held Dec. 13, had the sophomores slam the freshmen 24-0.
