Those wishing to help a North Augusta family in need can donate money to the "Hanks Family Fire Relief" fund set up by North Augusta Church.

A post on the church's Facebook page states the Hanks family, two adults and four children, lost their home in a fire on June 23.

North Augusta Church set up the fund on their website at give.northaugustachurch.org.

Belvedere Fire Department responded to the fire, according to a North Augusta Department of Public Safety spokesperson.

Items can be donated for the Hanks family by contacting Katie Munns at 706-833-4445. Items can be mailed to 454 Randall Road in North Augusta, South Carolina, 29860.

Munns said things needed include clothing, essentials and gift cards. Sizes needed are for a boy who wears size 2T and size 7 shoes; a girl who wears size 4T and size 9 shoes; a five-year-old girl who wears size 6 and size 11 shoes; and a 14-year-old girl who wears size 12 pants, size 9 shoes and large tops.

For the adults, sizes needed are men's XXL shirts and 46/30 pants and women's XL shirts and size 16 pants.
