A student in North Augusta was recently arrested and charged for allegedly making threats while at school.

The student is a 15-year-old male, according to North Augusta Public Safety's Lt. Luke Sherman. The threats were apparently written on the wall of a bathroom stall in a school.

The juvenile was arrested, charged, and released. He is being charged with making student threats, according to Sherman.

A hearing for the case in juvenile court has been scheduled.

North Augusta Public Safety is unable to comment any further at this time.
