A South Carolina-based real estate company has acquired Ironwood Apartments in North Augusta, according to a press release.

Graycliff Capital Partners LLC announced its acquisition of the complex in a Friday morning release.

Ironwood is one of two apartment communities in Riverside Village, a development in North Augusta that includes SRP Park, Crowne Plaza hotel, Southbound Smokehouse and the Clubhouse apartments.

“Graycliff is very excited about investing in the North Augusta market and to be the proud new owner of the area’s nicest apartment community,” said Paul Aiesi, partner at Graycliff Capital, in the release. “We have spent a lot of time in the market over the last five years trying to find the right opportunity, and this acquisition was the right one.”

The release states that Graycliff is a "multi-family development and investment company focusing within the southeastern and mid-Atlantic United States.

Ironwood has been open since the fall of 2018.
