The Augusta GreenJackets will be reppin' the CSRA's favorite cheesy spread for two nights in August.

For the Aug. 2 and 3 games, the GreenJackets has "rebranded" and will be known as the Augusta Pimento Cheese.

"We knew that if we wanted to represent the CSRA in a food related promotion that pimento cheese was the only way to go," said Brandon Greene, general manager, in a press release. "Everybody in the country ties pimento cheese to this area."

The rebrand will include pimento cheese uniforms, and pimento cheese concession offerings will be available at the two games.

The rebrand was a collaboration with Brandiose, the company that created the GreenJackets' current logo.

The pimento cheese logo includes a sandwich brimming with cheese, golf ball eyes and a red pin flag, paying homage to the CSRA's golf culture.

On Saturday, Aug. 3, the GreenJackets will auction off a Pimento Cheese jersey to benefit Walton Options for Independent Living, the release says.

Fans wishing to rep the Augusta Pimento Cheese can purchase t-shirts and baseball caps online at or at the Hive Pro Shop at SRP Park.
