The 2019 Annual Meeting of the North Augusta Cultural Arts Council will be held on Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7 p.m. at the North Augusta Community Center, 495 Brookside Drive, North Augusta. The 15th Annual Veteran's Concert hosted by the North Augusta Cultural Arts Council will be held Nov. 4 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wesley Center of North Augusta's Grace United Methodist Church. The event is free and open to the public. Donations, which will benefit the veterans’ programs, are welcome and appreciated. "Quilting on the River" is the theme for this year's Pieceful Hearts Quilt Guild's 2019 Quilt Show at Riverview Park Activities Center, 100 Riverview Park Drive in North Augusta. The show will be on Friday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is $7 per person and children under 12 years old are admitted free accompanied by an adult.
